Our vow to nature

At Pangkil, we operate with conscious care of the environment. We have government-approved "no-fish zones" all around the island, and we try as best we can to persuade fishermen not to use nets off our reef.

We also follow a recycling program in the island and we encourage our guests to take part in our mission by segregating the waste into different types (glass, metal, plastic and paper waste), which are all then carried to Bintan for recycling. We are given a chance to experience a beautiful environment, so we see it as our duty to keep it that way.
